The game "Spore" is coming out soon. I heard about it a few days ago. It honestly sounds like an awesome concept, so awesome I'm really thinking about buying it.
But the problem is my only machine is my X31. I'm scared it might not be able to run it, due to the small graphics card. And you know the return policy on software, once you open it, no one will take it back.
The Sys requirements for Spore is...
WinXP:
2.0Ghz or more
512mb of ram or more
A 128mb graphics card with support for pixelshader 2.0
At least 6GB of HD space
What do you think? I was thinking about buying it, hoping that I can run it on the lowest settings. I wish there was a demo out there I can download to get a gist of it.

Sorry, you're not going to be able to run it.
The requirement for a pixelshader 2.0 is beyond your video card. You need at least an ATI R300 based card to support it, the one on the x31 is R100.
