X41 Tablet Memory Upgrade

Hello,
I have a X41 Tablet 1869-CSU. I'd like to try increasing the memory to 2.5GB, though I recognize only 2.0GB will be usable. Is there an obvious reason why the following won't work:

Kingston Technology
2GB PC2-5300 667MHz DDR2 200PIN SODIMM Unbuffered CL5 1.8V

That looks a lot like the Crucial memory I put in my X41, which is working just fine:
