Check out how some modders have added touchscreens to EeePC and try and port that work over the the X40. Just do a little googling for touchscreen Eee PC. There are very extensive guides and discussions. Most of the mods were able to convert the touchscreen output to USB and internall connect it to the EeePC USB contacts.

Yes i have done that ... but dont know if there is possible to do it of several reasons

Is there any Internal USB ports on a X40?

Is there any god place to have the controllerboard on a X40?

PS. Have anybody added an HDSPA WWAN card into an X40?

There are theoretically "internal" USB lines to the docking port, but nothing easy to attach to.
There is a little bit of space inside where you might add a usb hub and hsdpa card. But there are so many problems and risks. I decided it was too hard.
Using bluetooth to phone for HSDPA is much easier, and saves having an extra data account for your laptop.
If you really want a touchscreen, I'd get an eeepc.
