Another question, will it fit in the X41's?

No it would not. One can use a PATA to ZIF adapter. But have to check the fit in the X40/X41 slot.

This Toshida SSD is SATA. Pretty useless for us. AFAIK, there are no SATA to ZIF adapters yet.
