Very quick question about X21 screen resolution

#1 Post by schnitzelcore » Tue Jan 06, 2009 5:45 am

Am I correct in thinking that the 700MHz X21 always has the 1024x768 screen (instead of 800x600)? Thinkwiki is unclear about this but I found this 'fact' in an old usenet post.

Depending on the model it came in;

12.1" (308mm) SVGA (800x600) TFT color / Active Matrix / 125 nits or
12.1" (308mm) XGA (1024x768) TFT color / Active Matrix / 150 nits

and yes 700Mhz was always 1024x768

Thank you for the quick and helpful reply. I had tried the HMM, but it didn't specify which version of the X21 had what screen resolution.

The HMM does have this information. On "printed" page 104 it lists the X21 model matrix. All 700Mhz systems are showing XGA screens.

My mistake, I searched the document for '1024' instead of 'XGA'.
