Spare drive or drive tray/caddy for X40

Can anyone point me to any economical source of spare X40 drive and/or caddy. I've seen the 40GB in Travelstar C4K60 form for over $300 but hope that is not the best price available. And I've not seen the caddie anywhere.

(OT: I also need caddy and more importantly the correct screws for the T42)
