X41 Tablet OEM operating system

I have recently bought an X41 off ebay and whoever refurb'd this laptop used Toshiba version of Win Xp Tablet... so several of the IBM programs are missing along with having several useless Toshiba programs... I was wondering if you can make backup disks off of the hidden partition [that mine doesn't have] and if anyone would be willing to send me a disk...
IBM T43p have had since 2007
IBM X41t have had since 2009
Lenovo X201 have had since 2010

You can download all the IBM programs from their website... Not sure if that helps?
