Hotkey Driver not working??

I tried to install the hotkey driver for my X40 and it was going good till i had to restart, once i restarted windows crashed at the beginning and i had to end a process. it said a dll wouldn't start or something... have u guys run into this problem before?? i really want my fn keys to work...

Sounds to me like you have a software problem on that box that extends out past the drivers you just installed. If you can get back in, download a new copy of the drivers and do a reinstall of them, and make sure your AV program is terminated prior to that. If all else fails and the system remains unstable, reload it.

hmm.. well, i don't have a AV program and i tried a reinstall. the thing is this one exe file crashes when i restart, but i mean, once i gets into windows its stable.

i'm thinkin i'm just gonna do a format once i upgrade my ram and get a new wireless card.

I had issues with it on my X20 before and ended up having to use an earlier version update to get it working again.
