How to Update a X24 BIOS Under DOS?

From reading of the official instructions, it seems that BIOS can only be updated under Windows environment, is there possible method to flash it under DOS instead?

Update by diskettes is also possible but you will need an Ultrabase X2 or a USB diskette drive.
