X24 Keyboard Hang at Bios Problem

After powering up, intended to go into the bios config, so just pressed F1, but the next thing which happened was, the keyboard became totally unresponsive when the bios screen appeared. Up, down and including all other keys were dead or locked, so not able to proceed further.

Exactly a same problem has appeared once over the past months and the Thinkpad recovered all by itself or perhaps something I have done which I'm not aware of, but I can't recall now.

What should I do?

Remove the memory module and see if that helps.

Tried unfortunately no luck here.

Also removed the CMOS batt, restarted, entered F1 for BIOS and all stood still when the BIOS screen came up.

There are not much else you can do other than removing the WiFi card or re-seat the KB connector.
