new pentium M 1.5ghz processsor

I am planning on getting a new x-series notebook and noticed that within the last day, IBM has released a new processor for the x40 - the pentium M 758 1.5 ghz. Here is the link:

It appears that the new processor is only available through the think express program. Does anyone know when this processor will be available for the custom configurations? I am looking to buy within the next two weeks and would like to possibly custom configure a notebook with this new processor, or maybe enjoy for a price reduction of the current 1.4ghz machines. Should the price be coming down on the 1.4ghz machines? Thanks.
