When I look used space of my drive C: it says 8.5GB, but in file structure it has only about 4GB, so there are about 4GB hidden space. I think it is recovery partition or something like that. Is it possible to delete this and how?
Bought Kingspec SSD and don't want to copy/ ghost unnecessary files.

Nevermind, it was restore points taking 4GB. I don't know really how is it possible as I have disabled recovery points. But deleted those and now it is correct.
