Stylus alternative for X41t

I lost the stylus for my X41t and am looking for a replacement. I've searched and found little information on what compatible alternatives there are. I've seen the replacements on Ebay, but I didn't really care for the original I had. I realize I won't be able to store a non-original in the designated slot. Will a stylus from an X60 work? What about something designed for the Wacom tablets?

The replacements are the only ones that will fit in the slot. I've tried two of them from wacoms and neither one works, my gf's stylus from her toshiba m200 works as well as the backup one they include (so smart of them). The x60 will work as far as I know but will not fit in the slot.
If you go the ebay route, I've bought two of them, one factory original and one a knockoff and the only I could tell beforehand was the price. The factory one was perfect and the knock off felt like cheap plastic which I expected but the buttons on the stylus were way too stiff and clicks unusually loud, which just shows how cheap it really is. The worst part of the knockoff one is that it somehow has no pressure sensitivity and I know its the stylus because the factory one I bought has it as well as my gf's toshiba m200 stylus.

The X6X stylus will fit in the X41 pen slot if you cut off the little nub on the side of the pen. Last I checked BobA, a member here, here had a few for sale.

What about alternatives that won't fit into the slot? Is there someone that makes a Stylus/Pen combination that will work with our screen?

Yes, there are few alternatives. I've bought old Wacom Penpartner serial tablet for 1 pound and it works. Doesn't fit the slot though, but on the other hand u can use both end (pen + eraser). Interesting thing is that the eraser part works out of the box. Pressure sensitivity as well.
Generally older Wacoms work, not the newer (Bamboo, Ituous, etc). I think there's a topic on this forum with a list of compatible pens. I'll try to find it.
