Different versions of the x41 1.6 v 1.5?

Are there different specs for the processor? I noticed on some ive seen the processor sas 1.6, on others 1.5 ghz. Does the fingerprint model effect this?
X41-1.5GHz, 1.0 GB RAM, 32GB SSD, Ubuntu 9.10

X41's came with either a 1.5Ghz or 1.6Ghz Pentium M Dothan CPU. There is no correlation to CPU speed and a fingerprint reader.
