Thinkpad X40 SXGA+ Mod

I just ordered a X40 without an LCD. Thinking about where to order a new one, I remembered some X6x(s) users upgraded their Thinkpad with a SXGA+ LCD. I searched the forum a bit and found that thread here: http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.ph ... hilit=sxga
Apparently, it's possible to fit a SXGA+ screen into the X40.

Some questions here:
- Is it correct that I need a Boe-Hydis HV121P01-100 screen for the mod?
- What modifications do I need to do to my display cable? Or do I need a special one?

And the most important thing - the mod BIOS files there are no longer available because thinkmania.com is down.
Does anyone here know where to get the files now? Or did anyone download them all and could send me the X40 mod BIOS?
