AC Power Adapter - DC Plug Size?

I need to replace the DC plug on my AC adapter. Does anyone know what size it is? I couldn't find one that fit properly at Radio Shack. Thanks.

The coaxial power plug for 56W/72W (i.e., 16VDC) supplies is 2.5mm inside diameter and 5.5mm outside diameter.

Pickup a package of shrink tubing also, you will need something to act as a strain relief. RS does not have them in all metal construction but they work best. I have broken several of the plastic barrels.
