Replacing of keyboard

#1 Post by alfred_62 » Sat Apr 24, 2010 11:23 pm

Hi guys,

I just bought a used thinkpad x41t with six months of warranty left.

I find that the keyboard is not as responsive and the keys are quite used. (The left click key sometimes is unresponsive.)

My laptop still has warranty. Do you think I can ask the lenovo support guys to replace the keyboard for me out of the reason that its not as responsive as before.

Sure, KB is a CRU so they will just send you a replacement.
