X41T - Which CPU is max. possible???

Hello!

I just want to know, which CPU is max. possible, if I want to upgrade my X41T?

I guess only Single Core Dothans, or?
Centrino Duo whould be nice, but I think there will be a micocode problem in BIOS.
But what about 2,0GHz Dothan?

The CPU in an X41T is soldered to the systemboard.
