Don't waste your time trying to find a Win7 driver...they are not available. That said, the X41t runs pretty good with the native Win7 video driver. The only place I notice a problem is playing videos. The VLC player software helps work around some of those issues. I prefer Win7 in the X41t as Windows XP is just too buggy.
There is also an issue of the cursor jumping to one corner whenever it feels like it (a known issue and a fix available). With the current price on X41t's being very low they are a great value and Windows 7 makes them rock. Also don't forget they use inexpensive memory and a 2 GB Sodimm works perfect.
