WiFi n miniPCI card for X23

#1 Post by WilsonF » Sun Jan 02, 2011 11:57 pm

Does anyone know of a 802.11 n card that will work in an X23 2662-EEU? I realize I probably will have to run at least one additional antenna wire around under the keyboard.

If the system has a card that's not on the BIOS whitelist, will the system refuse to boot or just make a rude beep?

it'll refuse to boot until you take out the card. the no-1802 worked on my x30 and x32. i made a bootable floppy, it took a couple of tries to get it right.
