X61 tablet screen in an X41 tablet?

I've noticed that the x61T and the x41T have the same type of screen, 12.1" TFT. Does this mean that a screen from an x61 Tablet could work on an X41 Tablet? And if so, could a multitouch panel work? I noticed that the x61 has an optional capacitive multitouch panel, and i'd love to have multitouch on my x41 Tablet.
If anyone here perhaps knows or could find out, i'd like to know.
