X61T wifi card recommendation

I know this has been dealt with before....but it's 2022 and cards change. So can anyone recommend me a good wifi card for my x61t? The machine runs far too hot to be useful with the card that is in it.

Functioning bluetooth 4.0 (not relying on USB lanes on the mini pcie), but not necessary.

After applying Middleton's BIOS an Intel AC-7260 will work fine (not sure about BT).
You'll need the mini-pcie version plus a 1/2-size bracket, like this: https://www.ebay.ie/itm/392592786962
