Please Help X61 Tablet Wacom Drivers

Hi,

I've just replaced a Multitouch screen with an SXGA+ screen and loaded windows 7.

The wacom tablet works with the pen in Ubuntu and Kubuntu, but not in Windows 7.

The Lenovo site will only supply the Penenabled Dualtouch including touch Driver.

I have deleted all HId drivers and reinstalled, but still get the Penenabled Driver.

I've looked at the Wacom site and found nothing.

Has anybody got any advice please?

Windows 7 has built-in drivers for the non-Multitouch Wacom screens used in X61T, it should detect and install the needed drivers automatically during install, but I'm not sure if it will do the same for a switch after installation. What does it says in System Properties...? Mine says "Pen Input Available" for the item "Pen and Touch".

There's also an updated driver available from Windows Update. And a Penabled driver available here (http://www.wacom.com/en/sitecore/conten ... river.aspx).

Happy New Year.

Hello, I just wanted to say that I had a similar problem (moved my drive with W7 in a different X61 SXGA+ laptop as the previous one was broken; then pen input on new X61 was not working in W7, even though it works fine with a Ubuntu boot disk; had an exclamation mark in device manager beside "Wacom Router Mouse" in the mice section with the code 10 error) and that installing the wacom driver did solve the problem. Interestingly, the tablet buttons were also not working until I installed the wacom driver.

The above link doesn't work, here is a new one which currently works. In case the site still changes, I found the driver by going to the support | drivers section of the wacom website and chose 'TabletPC' as the Tablet Model. The driver I downloaded was "Tablet PC - Enhanced Graphics Driver 7.1.0-8", with a 30 Oct 2012 date.
