Hi everyone. I am a student learning Active Direcory in Windows Server 2008 R2. Unfortunately it won't run on my PC as it has 32 bit processors. I am thinking of buying an X61 to carry out my project on. Can anyone tell me if it will definitely run 2008 R2 in a virtual environment. Also if anyone has any advice on things that I should look out for when buying an X61 for this purpose then that would be very much appreciated. Thanks. NM.

The X61 should be able to run a 64-bit VM if you really want to. I run Windows Vista Business x64 as a guest on a 64-bit Kubuntu install on my X61 Tablet using VirtualBox for my Windows programming class.
