Hi as topic I am thinking of fitting one of these to my X61 7674 and want to know if doing so do you lose the ability to password protect the hd in the bios as I usually do this when travelling.

Also I see there is a new drive from intel 520 series SATA-III would there be any benfit in fitting one of these instead.

WOW 36 views and no one who has fitted an ssd knows the answer.
