I have bought non genuine battery and after connecting it to computer it blinking ornage on the icon bar. In the Power Manager is 'good' but there is also info about nongenuine. What should I do to run this battery? It is new - one cycle, production at Feb. 2011

You should be able to run a non-genuine battery in your Thinkpad without it blinking orange all the time.
The blinking orange may mean that there is a problem with the battery, or that it needs to be reconditioned/recharged. The first thing you should do is make sure that it is seated correctly. The next thing I would do is let it sit plugged in over night and see if the blinking stops and it shows green. One non-genuine battery that I bought started blinking orange almost as soon as I installed it and I never got it to stop blinking orange after that...nor did it ever properly recharge after that either. YMMV.
A good battery that is non-genuine should run, but the battery gauge will produce a pop-up that your battery is non-genuine, and it will periodically nag you about this. If you already know that you have a non-genuine battery and you want to remove the annoying pop-up, then you can attempt to edit the DLL library that the Lenovo Power Manage utility (until Lenovo builds in an official option to turn this warning off). For information about how to edit the DLL of the Lenovo Power Manager utility, you can consult this thread:
Power manager, disable "non genuine" battery warning?
You can also use the built-in Windows battery gauge instead or you can use a 3rd-party battery gauge. I find that the Lenovo Power Manager battery gauge provides considerable Thinkpad-specific information that is not available through other utiltities.
