3G module for x60t

Is it possible to install a 3G assembly into the second mini-PCI slot of x60t?

Thinkwiki claims, that it's possible, but as I understood, I'll need 3G antenna as well. Are these antennas available on the market? Are they easy to install?

Is it even possible to add 3g module to a laptop that came from factory without it?
