Thinkpad X60 Tablet Stuck at 50Hz

Hey guys,
It's a Thinkpad X60 Tablet. It has an SXGA+ screen. It's advertised at 60Hz and people online have X60's at this resolution at 60Hz. I've read in posts on Lenovo's forums that it's a driver issue. I've even read that some people used to have 60Hz and updates to the driver caused 50Hz refresh rates. It makes games feel slow and it causes the cursor to have a noticable delay when I'm drawing with the Wacom penabled screen.
Anyone else have this problem? How do I fix this?
Specs:
1.5GHZ Centrino Duo, Intel GMA950, 2GB 667MHz RAM.
Windows 7 x64.
I've installed "Intel Chipset Support" and the graphics drivers for the 945 mobile series. I've switched to "High Performance" in the control panel. I've tried both 32-bit and 16-bit color depths.
Thanks!
