Finding older Bios versions For X61s?

Currently I've the the Middleton-modded bios but I'm not using a ssd and might want to have silent fans without having to use Thinkpad Fan control.
Bought this machine used and there was no word at all about these heat sensors and the on Lenovo's part deliberately screwed up later bios versions which make the fans kick in for like nothing.
Is somewhere possibly to find older bios versions for this? I remember that Middleton mentioned something about that he would not revert back what Lenovo screwed up regarding the fans so there is probably no hope there.
