Compatible RAM for X61s?

I will be purchasing a used 2GB stick of RAM for my X61s but I'm not positive on compatibility with some of the offers I've received.
One offer is for a stick of dual ranked RAM: Elpida 2GB PC2-6400S-666. Can the X61s even use dual ranked RAM?
The second offer is for a stick of ASint SSZ2128M8-JGE2C DDR2 800. I looked online but couldn't find any useful information on the compatibility of ASint RAM in Thinkpads.
Thanks and any help would be much appreciated.
Edit:
I am happy to report that the ASint and Nanya NT2GT64U8HD0BN-AD modules work fine in the X61s.

Both should work fine, although I have no personal experience with the latter brand...

Thanks for the post, George.
Someone managed to purchase the Elpida stick before me so I suppose I'll be going with the ASint. If I do, and if it doesn't work in the X61s, I'll update my post in case anyone has a similar question in the future.

I got two sticks 2GB DDR2 667 used online, from a seller who showed they worked fine in a Dell laptop. I received them, but between the two sticks, only one works in my X61s with latest Middleton BIOS. With the other 2GB stick attached in any manner the computer refuses to boot with a 1-3-3-1 or 1-1-1-1 error code. However with all my other DDR2 RAM (including the other 2GB he sent) it boots and runs fine. Might it be a problem with my X61s or is it more likely it's bad RAM?
The part where it works fine in a Dell is what throws me off. I don't have any other DDR2 machines myself to test it on.

By your own statement, the problem is with the RAM not the machine. It's bad RAM, the seller may "say" it worked in his Dell but without having the machine in question at your disposal it's just words. Regardless, this particular RAM is useless in your X61s.

Yes, just dispute with Paypal and you'll get your money back. You'd just be on the hook for return shipping.
