X60 replacement touch screen

Hi, I have a x60 touch screen in for repair, but i'm having trouble finding a replacement screen. I'm pretty sure the digitizer still works its just the actual screen I need. Is there an alternative screen that will work as I can't find the same one as in the laptop. I'm in the UK and they need it repaired asap, many thanks.

IBM Thinkpad X60 6363-A13
Screen P/N: 42T0348
Screen FRU: Empty?

Hi according to thinkwiki the HV121X03-100 is a compatible display for the touch screen, can anyone confirm this?
