Toggle bluetooth under Windows 8.1?

I mentioned this in another thread but I'd like to specifically ask if anyone has found a way under Windows 8.1 to toggle bluetooth on and off on the X61s. Alt F5 does nothing, even with Power Manager successfully installed and working otherwise.

I installed the Onscreen Display program and still have no F5 control.

Bluetooth is not having issues. It is just that I don't use it and with it on, the palmrest gets a little warmer than it used to under Windows 7.

You could always disable BT in the BIOS...

I actually hadn't though of that method. However, I do use BT once in a very great while so having to go into the bios to turn it back on is not the best solution.

For now, I have once again imaged my Win8.1 installation and reverted back to Win7. I have Win8 set up successfully other than the BT toggle, but there are a couple minor compromises that don't exist under Win7. Just to play with it I may try restoring the Win8 installation to another partition and see if I can get it to dual boot so I can continue to play with it.
