Hi,
I think it was RMClock utility, someone suggested it as being a good hw and battery utility. It was nothing special, same stuff that Power Manager pretty much can do. So don't try it! I didn't modify, save or configure anything with it and it totally blew away all my power profiles. I have been googling, reinstalling Power Manager, merging reg files and hacking registry for two days now. Nothing. So beware of that little gem...
So here's my plea. Could someone with X61s and Win XP do a registry search and export correct 'PowerCfg' registry keys? Just search for 'PowerCfg' and export the 4-5 keys found. They contain only the power scheme configuration but somehow they are constructed and combined so that if You change something in one it all goes to hell.
Thanks
G.
Power profiles all gone :(
