Upgrading the wifi card on x60s

I picked up an old x60s, runs great but also runs very hot. Done a bit of reading and it appears to be the wifi card. (it only runs hot front right.) Would it be worth replacing the wifi card with a newer, more (heat) efficient model? And would anyone have any recomendations as to which cards I might want to look at?

^^^ No problem. The link that RBS supplied goes into more detail but yes a 6200/6300N or Atheros 9280/9380 is much better and cooler on any X6x series Thinkpad. You'll need to flash a modified BIOS.

Thanks! I'll probably just get the cheapest card I can off ebay. Are the 6200's like this one:
http://www.ebay.de/itm/301193816787?ssP ... 1423.l2649
all half size? Really hoing not to have to spend half a day finding out what half size to full size wifi card adapter is called in german..
