Best Original Battery For X61s

Got my X61s fully working and wanted to purchase a new/used original battery
but I'm not sure if all the X60/60s and X61/61s batteries interchange.
It came with, and by the way the case is bulging in one corner as if it overheated:
FRU 46T4633
ASM 92P1174

Will this work, odd that ASM is the same but FRU is not. I can swap the spacer
from the old battery if needed:
FRU 42T4776
ASM 92P1174

Anyone know what part number is best as far as quality of cells and life goes?

You can use any battery from X60/X60s and X61/X61s.
All the 8-cell batteries were made by Sanyo or Sony.
I have an old original IBM 8-cell, made by Sanyo, P/N 92P1171, ASM 92P1172, which is still good for over 5 hours.
The newer batteries are also called 22, 22+ and 22++. Don't know who makes them.

Bought one of these, AD showed 6hrs and very few cycles:
FRU 42T4776
ASM 92P1174

Thanks for the info, that one is a 22++ with a 5-19-2010 date of manufacture - hope
it works well.

This battery is working great, have not timed it carefully but getting at least
4 to 5 hours with light use. It has indicated 6 hrs in Power Saver mode but
have not tested that carefully.
