Looking for information on Toshiba X6x Tablet screen

I have some questions about the Toshiba screen that some X6X Tablets were shipped with.
It is a LTD121KC9B (FRU 42T0346/only for the screen). There are G4 and G5, pen-only and multitouch versions.
Maybe someone who has this screen can answer the following questions:
1. Is it a TN or IPS panel? Should be obvious, because the viewing angles of the TN Toshiba built at that time were pretty awful, compared to the Boe AFFS or Samsung PVA.
2. Does it have an EDID chip? Lots of Toshiba XGA screens dont. So you cannot find out which screen you have with software. All BoeHydis HV Displays and the Samsung LTN121XP01 can be precisely identified with the EDID output.
