LE1700 T006 means BoeHydsi SXGA+ am i right?

This unit also has a digitizer layer as do tablet X61 units. I suspect removing this layer may present the same problems encountered w/X61 screens that have this layer. However, the price is not too shabby. Good luck if you decide to give it a try.

i dont have try this, cause shipping is the same like the tablet....

I got one of these LE1700.

It is not sure that you get a BoeHydis.
The LE1700 has been shipped with at least three different displays:

a. "ViewAnywhere Display" - it´s a Toshiba SXGA+ with 2 (!) channel LVDS
b. "UltraViewAnywhere Display" - SXGA+: only THIS is the BoedHydis, single LVDS - VERY rare
c. XGA
