F3507G on an X61T

#1 Post by Nprod » Tue May 05, 2015 7:52 am

Hey everyone, i recently got an Ericsson F3507g WWAN card and can't get it to register at all in /dev. I'm using a hacked BIOS and unofficial cards shouldn't be a problem. It works fine with a Sierra MC8781 which is also not on the whitelist. I have a SIM inserted and everything. Any suggestions?

Try covering Pin20 of the Ericsson F3507g ---> Pin20

Can anyone help me out with getting the GPS function to work on linux? I did everything described in the Wiki. I'm getting NMEA data via gpspipe -r but if i run a GUI program like foxtrotGPS it does nothing. Could it be some kind of parsing error?
