Detailed specifications for X61s with model/type = 7667WFP ?

I've recently came across an X61s with model-/typenumber = 7667-WFP (serial-no = L3-A6878) but I can nowhere find any detailed specifications for this model; neither if looking at http://sm.krelay.de/tp/index.php nor via http://thinkpadder-id.com/mtm/!?!

Even if downloading the *entire* ThinkPad MTM (= ThinkPad Model-Type Matrix) as of Oct. 27, 2014 (NB: It’s approx. 18 MB!), then there’s still no 7667WFP; quite a few 7667-WFx (in the vicinity of line 538267) but no –WFP.

The good old IBM "Parts Lookup" (see this post and the previous posts in the same thread) doesn't work any longer...

So, does anybody know how to retrieve details of the X61s model/type 7667-WFP? If so, thanks very much in advance!
