x60 with XGA - Can I upgrade screen?

Hi,
I need a new screen for this laptop and I would like to increase the resolution.....what do I need to confirm that the laptop will be able to take it - is it the graphics chip (built in Intel I think?

Welcome to the forum.
An SXGA+ screen (1400x1050) from an X60T/X61T (tablet) is possible, but needs quite some modding.
New BIOS, new LCD-cable, new screen, etc.
Not cheap.
