Hi folks!
Kindly asking for your assistance. This thing is blowing my mind.
Is there any way of restoring the default CTRL-FN behavior on X61?
I know it sounds strange, but I just can't restore it. Some guy installed a CTRL-FN swap feature (latest Middleton) and sold me a motherboard with this... surprise.
I tried to install the version without this feature (also Middleton). No dice.
Strange, but installing the original bios (and even some older versions of it) doesnt restore this behavior. So, basically I lose all middleton's features except for this one.
Thanks!
Update.
Will installing some opensource bios help? Is it possible to install CoreBoot and then re-install original Lenovo bios?
