Currently, it has:
Core 2 Duo L7700 (1.8GHz)
2 x 1GB DDR2-667
slow 320GB HDD with Windows 10 (just for testing/evaluation)
Intel 3945ABG wifi (which is probably the cause of that BSOD last time I used it)
Samsung PVA XGA screen
Dead battery
Short history:
Used to be my mother's machine till the hinge broke. Upgraded to Win 10 for testing. Last used it mid-October. Managed to purchase a Wacom stylus last December, but only got around to test it today-- Hot d*mn the digitizer works!
I'm eager to play with it more as it's my first time with a penabled computer. I find myself wanting to get it back to full operational capability, which goes against my original plan to finally retire this particular machine.
Note that I also have two non-Tablet X60/61 units as "spares" . Yes the Thinkpad bug is biting me hard.
I was planning to convert the Tablet's display into a standalone LCD monitor (with VGA, HDMI and other inputs), then install it into a Thinkpad chassis along with a Thinkpad USB keyboard (with Trackpoint). Said chassis is a positively ancient 560E with a dead screen.
