CAD model of 4-cell battery?

#1 Post by flyingfishfinger » Thu May 25, 2017 1:21 pm

Good day!
I'm looking for a CAD model for the 4-cell X61 (non-T) battery, does anyone know of one?
Thanks,

R

I'm guessing your 3d printing one. I can get you an a31 battery model I made :)

The efficiency of two screens equally sized with equal numbers if pixels are equal. The time spent by a 4:3 user complaining about 16:9 is proportional to the inefficiency working with a 16:9 display, therefore the amount of useful work extracted is equal.

Sort of, I want to modify it for some fixture experiments but yes, then I want to 3D print it. It does need to work with all the latches and slots so ideally it should be fairly detailed. I know my way around CAD but nowhere near well enough for it to be a good use of my time to make my own unfortunately :(

If you have a 4 cell, I could model it but I don't have one and I don't want to destroy my good 8 cell.

Ooh that's kind of you!
I actually just ripped my 4-cell apart to re-cell it, but I could send you the case (without cells). That would also make mailing much easier since we don't have to worry about lithium shipping...
Send me a PM!

@Thinkpad4by3 is helping out with some CAD ideas, but he's currently busy with exams. I hope to have some updates in the next week or two depending on his schedule...
Cheers,

R
