Odd ball question - can you scroll with your finger on the tablet models or is the pen required for all inputs?

There are Pen and Multitouch versions of the XGA units. The SXGA+ units however are pen only. I've seen some of the Multitouch units for sale on eBay but never got around to buying them. If I could tolerate XGA I'd go for X230T.
