Hi,

So I was looking to purchase a X60s and went to Lenovo Canada website. I was shocked that they were only selling 3 or 4 models in the X series (all X40 and X41).

I then called Lenovo Canada to ask if they had x60s and they told me they wont receive it before 2-3 months!! The worse is that, price from Lenovo Canada is almost double than Lenovo US.

So I asked them why does it takes so long to get it compared to US and they told me that the first batch of X60s had some trouble and they are waiting for the case to be stable.

Now I don't know if the guy really knew what he was talkign about but it seems that people who received it are very pleased with the product and I really need a new laptop anyways.

I know Lenovo US won't ship to Canada, but is there any way or company that redirect your shipment from US to Canada?

I was very excited about the X60s but it seems that I really have to go with some Dell because of this.

I believe Bill will ship to Canada. Plus it is likely to be cheaper than from IBM directly.

Or, If you have any friends in the US, you can just ask them to act as a middleman...
