I used this store twice last year(ThinkPad). It was quick delivery, easy and good trusted store.Brand new,No tax, free shipping were very attractive to me.
But I think Return(as for RMA) was limited to accept (in document).
I will use next time ,if any chance.

Great question. I'm also interested in purchasing from them.
If anybody have any stories, positive or negative, about this store please let us know.

"we require the attached form to be filled out and returned to us, along with a copy of the cardholder’s state ID and the front and back of the credit card being used to place the order."
Has anyone done this? I have never been asked this before. Maybe a copy of my state ID but never front and back of a credit card.

It's just better security. If you were buying something in person, you'd have to present your credit card anyway!

hah Yes that is true.. But on the internet these days, i'm just a little sceptic having my credit card and id in .jpeg. And who knows who has access to those computers at those small businesses. Either way, I have sent my info.

Terrible Experience With Cost Central

Here's the deal. I'd recommend reading the return policy on laptops.
15% restocking FEE!
Heres the issue , say you purchased the thinkpad and you find 2 -3 dead pixels on your screen. (this was my case)
According to there policy it is not considered a defect, and same goes for ibm who will not replace the screen.
Purchasing directly via Ibm or using Buy.com Amazon.com.. The advantage is you may return the item no questions asked wiithin 30 days. So shall your thinkpad arrive with a dead pixel , you may just ship it back.
Sof for the 30$ 40$ difference you have that guarantee.
For me that peice of mind is worth it. Especially when in the long run you may consider reselling your notebook , and no dead pixels is generally a must. (for a smooth transaction)
So my verdict is pay the extra few dollars, save the headache.
I dont know about you guys but dead pixels aggrivate me so much!
15% of average 1800$ is over 200$ ... terrible in my opinion
Do i make sense?

I actually saved almost that much. The price at costcentral was that much cheaper than lenovo. I got a ultrabase with my X60s and it was still cheaper than the lenovo price (just for the laptop) and free shipping.
