Unknown PCI Device in Device Manager

Please, help me to recognise which device could it be.

That's going to be hard to figure out without knowing what devices are loaded, but here are a couple things that it might be:
Modem
SoundMax on board audio (listed in the Sound, video and game controllers section)
Do you have both of those?
