does the x60s have built in mic?

I want to put skype on there and i can't find any mic hole. Is it built in the x60/s?

Yes, it does. Or, at the very least, the 17044DU does, which is what I have. It's not great, but it's not terrible. I've used it for VoIP conversations and people just think I'm on a speakerphone.

Well, I guess I'm not entirely sure, but I am assuming it's the two small holes on the bottom right of the palm rest. When I speak into that it seems the loudest to the person on the other end.

BTW another option is to use a Bluetooth headset. I already had one for my mobile phone, and I can just pair it with the laptop and use it as a headset for VoIP.

I'm pretty sure those holes on the bottom are the speakers (that's where they are on my T42). I believe the mic is on the palmrest on the right side. There's a small hole around there (don't have it in front of me so I can't be more specific.)
