undocking problem with X60s

Greetings, I have just got the X60s(17704JU) for around 3-4 days, but for around 10 ~ 20 times dock/undock, I have 3 instance X60 prompt me for undocking failure, I have nothing attached to the docking station, only the CDrom is there. Okay I can live with that, just pull the plug and still go. But... then the CPU keep constantly at 50% and the process system is taking 100% of 1 core. I have to reboot the release it. Any hint ?

Thanks Zeitgeist for the lead, i didn't suspect my ultrabase is defective because i can dock firmly everytime, the x60s is not perfectly level when the screen is up, right front feet is up by a mm or so, but I checked the rubber feet and there is no plastic inside.. so I think probably it is normal. Then let me check on the ultrabase and report back.
