Got my X60..

Took time to play with it and ... I love it

Screen is way better than I thought it would be (at least compared to my X23).

Just had to update bios 'cos the fan was crying (not very loud I agree) all the time. Now it is quiet better (pun intended

).

Got the USB floppy, Ultrabase X6, DVD multi plus slim and 1GB more ram (-> 1.5GB) at the same time.

Congratulations on your new computer

How do you like the ultrabase? Do you plan on carrying it with the computer when your out, or is for the desk only?

I took it with me a couple times already.
It is defenitely very useful and cool

but add weight. I will see with time but most probably I'll let it at home most of the time.

But at last I have the choice for each different situations (studies, work, friends etc.).

Yes it's nice to have choices, and that's one of the strong points of the ThinkPad lineup is that one has a lot of choices.
